Members join The Shepherd’s Flock through the Life in the Spirit Seminars of the Community. After taking their LSS, they can freely choose to continue on a formation track, wherein they will be designated to a particular ministry or homestead and be honed through teachings and various Community exercises. Here, they will be given teachings and spiritual activities that will cultivate their spiritual gifts and mold them to become apostles, prophets, evangelists, ministers, teachers and shepherds for the Community and the Church.
The spiritual development track will take them to the Service Ministry, Intercessory Ministry, Music Ministry, and other ministries that will help equip them in their spiritual journey until they become Covenant disciples of the community.
Teachings and other formation activities are mostly held at the office, Strata 200 Bldg. Geodata co.
